Leslie RomanThinking of you wherever you are
“We pray for our sorrows to end, and hope that our hearts will blend. Now I will step forward to realize this wish. And who knows: starting a new journey many not be so hard, or maybe it has already begun There are many worlds, but they share the same sky-one sky, one destiny” |
If you know where this is from, I congratulate you. I would like to let you know besides being a student, I am low-key a gamer, and an otaku. Anime is just one of my passions, call me a little kid, but it has made me learn so many lessons from characters that don’t exist. Who am I? I’ll tell you. To whom it may concern, which is you, I’ll give you the 4-1-1. My name is Leslie Roman. I am an American-Ecuadorian who was born in the Bronx on September 20th. I was raised in the Bronx all my life. I am currently a Sophomore in the ACE program at John Jay College, who is pursing Criminology as a major, with a sub-interest in having Anthropology as a minor.
I’ll try and describe myself as little and as much as I can. Well the one thing for sure is I am very outgoing and enjoy meeting new people. So if you just so happen to see me around Campus feel free to talk to me, I don’t bite. Although, there are times where it be socially awkward, I like to break the ice and start a conversation. One of my hobbies is drawing. I can be artistic and colorful, just give me some pencils, paper, glitter, an photo and my mind bursts with ideas. Chances are you will always see me wearbright colors and my famous sunglasses, and smiling a lot. I am a jolly, calm human being. I don’t know where life is taking me right now, but I prefer not to think so much about my future. Im trying to find out what interests me, and trying to find out what is it I want to do. The first step I literally have taken so far is involving myself in this newsletter. Change is good. This is the beginning for me of something great, and who knows? It may grow into something bigger and spontaneous. |
